Award winning builds
Hewcon Building recently completed one of the first commercial Green Star retrofits in Australia, with the project designed to meet rigorous 6 star Green Star standards (award pending from the Green Building Council of Australia.
The experience and capability Hewcon demonstrated in delivering this landmark project is set to lead the Australian property development and construction industries in the future development of retrofitting existing buildings to 6 star Green Star standards.
Hewcon Building was also the recipient of the 2005 Master Builders’ Excellence in Housing Award in the category of Best Renovation/Addition over $300,000.
